Spiritual Poems & Thoughts
When we have a quiet moment, we often feel a tug at our hearts to find out “what it all means” and to return home. Religion starts by pointing in the right direction but quickly becomes an end in itself, leaving us with greater dryness than even before.I have shared at PenWideAwake some spiritual poems, poems on life, and some spiritual and meditative thoughts , coming from both a sufi perspective (since I have been immersed in this tradition for many decades) as well as the non-dual tradition, since one need to ultimately go beyond thought, into Silence.
