How I found my why in others

I still remember the way he leaned forward in his chair and stared me straight in the eyes. In a strange way, I felt as if he was looking right through me.
During that first meeting he challenged me. He told me,

I stared back blankly. All I could say was, “I’m not sure.” After that meeting I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what makes me tick. I needed to find my “WHY”. Why do I do the work that I do? What is most important to me? Eventually, I discovered my WHY.
